Application of the bottom loading aluminum fuel tank trailer
The aluminum fuel tank trailer is to work with a tractor head or prime mover to make the haulage of different types of fuel. It is especially suitable for long distance transportation, with the capacity of 42000L. The general speed of the full loaded truck and trailer is about 80KM~90KM per hour on speed way. To work with the powerful tractor heads, the fuel tank trailers could work quickly and efficiently.

Advantages of the bottom loading aluminum fuel tank trailer
The aluminum fuel tank trailer has the advantage of anti-corrosion and long life span. The average using time of aluminum fuel tank is about 15~20 years. The surface of aluminium tank will form a protective film named alumina which could prevent the corrosion from the air and wet. So the aluminium fuel tank will not rust and it keeps the fuel clean. The aluminium fuel tank has similar performance as the stainless tank on corrosion resistance while it is much lighter than stainless steel tank. No needs of painting or any other kinds of protection, the aluminium fuel tank saves the cost as well.

This is a 42000L aluminum fuel tank trailer in 6 compartments. Each of the compartment is equipped with manhole cover, foot valve, discharge valve, product indicator, vapor vent valve, oil gauge.  The tank shoulder, the foldable handrail, emergency valve, emergency button, vapor recovery system, interlock system, brake system consist the safety system of the aluminum fuel tank trailer

What is bottom loading system
Some fuel refinery factory or fuel station require the fuel tank truck equipped with a bottom loading system. The bottom loading system has to work with the system in the station when loading. Before the station start to charge the fuel tanker, the discharge pipe of the station will connect the discharge valve of the tanker, the gas collection pipe will collect the gas valve of the tanker. When the tanker is nearly full, the optical sensor will make alarm, and the discharge pipe will cut off automatically and stop the loading. This saves human works on top of the tank and less dangerous, more convenient.
