2. How to control you quality
All welding seam are double checked by our inspectors. 10~20% welding seam, and important ring seam are scanned by X-Ray again to ensure there is no failure on welding quality. After the tank complete, the tank will be checked the air test and hydro test with pressure to ensure there is no leakage at all. After all assembly is done, inspectors will check all the function parts, like running, braking, electricity, bottom loading system, emergency cutting system etc, and make proper record on it.
