How to protect the aluminum trailers
Since the aluminum fuel tank has a shinny surface which is good for the company image. We pay attention for the surface protection from every beginning to avoid scratching. All aluminum plate are bought with plastic cover. When we are welding, we still keep the plastic cover on it.
During transport, we normally use RORO vessel to give max protect on the trailer, or we put the seal coat for the trailer if it is by bulk vessel transport.
During usage, we suggest that you wash the aluminum trailer only by water, no other chemical liquid.
If it is scratched badly during usage, you could polish it slightly and then make clear paint on it.
