The conveyor belt trailer is a kind of belt driven horizontal discharge dump trailer. It is also named as belt trailer, live bottom trailer, conveyor belt dump trailer, walking floor conveyor trailer etc. It is the latest and updated version of tipper trailer. It is especial suitable for small and middle size particle transport, like wheat, corn, sand, coal, small stone, clinker etc.

Structure of  Conveyor Belt Trailer

The conveyor belt trailer is consists of the trailer chassis, V shape box and the conveyor belt system. The conveyor belt is suitable for 4 season usage and durable, wear resistance. The conveyor belt system is controlled by hydraulic system. The hydraulic system is tested for thousands of times during usage and proved to be reliable and stable performance.

1. The best advantage is the non-tipping system, avoid the dangerous of turnover which is no. 1 dangerous during the tipper trailer usage.

2. The tare weight is only 7.5 tons, at least 3 tons less than traditional front tipping trailer. That means it could load more weight and less fuel cost.

We have some trailers or trucks for stock selection but brand new, from 2010-2018, price in discount.
