What is dished head, dished ends.
Dish heads, also known as spherical heads with folded edges. It is composed of a spherical surface, a straight side of a cylinder with a certain height, and a transitional part connecting the above two parts with a radius of curvature smaller than the radius of the spherical surface.
It is often used in tanker truck, tanker vehicles. It could be made by carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel.

Production procedure
The tank head production comes from the material selection to cutting, welding, pressure drum
and spinning, groove treatment, heat treatment, polishing and final finish. We follow strict quality control system to fullfill the production.
For each type of tank head, we need a mould for mass production.
The mould will be kept in our factory for easy re-production.
